No time like today...

Well today is the BIG day. We woke up this morning ready for Taegan to be a BIG girl! She was in a super mood and slept great. I woke up early so I could be ready by the time she got up and then I could eat breakfast with her!!!! We are doing the milk in the sippy all day and then giving her milk in her bottle at night before she goes down for bed. We did not feel like we could take away the bottle completely from her at this time. We will let her get used to having the cup during the day and her doing well with it, and then slowly take the night bottle away.

She took about 3 big gulps of it(minor victory) and then thought it was a toy. She is one stubborn little girl. She ate her scrambled eggs, took another drink, and then was REALLY done when she launched it on the floor! She is with my mom today-so we are hoping that she is real hungry for lunch and maybe will take 5 big gulps! Who knows, but I do know we have our work cut out for us-at least for a few days! On a happier note, she has really started to love playing with her Kangroo Climber and has found out how to climb through the hole and open the door!!!
